OS Increasing to handle convertible notes. Even week old numbers could be wrong.

....increase the number of authorized shares of common stock we may issue from 1,200,000,000 shares to 4,200,000,000 shares in order to allow for the reservation of shares by our convertible note holders.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
