Man...idk 'onelove17'. I can see the pros behind a RS, but I'm thinking it will do more harm than good...but at this point, I just flat out don't know. With the number of outstanding shares, a RS makes a lot of sense, but since the owners are far and away the majority owners, I'm not sure they would be willing to do that. I believe if they did, investors will bail in bunches. I mean, one of the many reasons for doing a RS would be the fear of being delisted if the stock drops too low. I have no idea if you can be "delisted" from a penny??? I also believe most would view a RS as an accounting gimmick rather than a strategic move. Like I've said before, I'm looking for a certain pps to either minimize my potential losses or realize an imperceptible gain...and I'm not far off...basically under 1.5. I was under a penny average until I bought more when that run to 5 cents happened...I didn't want to be left behind LOL! So far, that has come back to bite me at the moment. I see a lot of positives with this company, just like everybody else has, but many continue to hope that the next best set of good news will propel this stock...and sadly, nothing could be further from the truth. So far, the negative rhetoric wrt this stock is right on the mark. The pumpers are just paid shrills to keep buyer's hope alive so that this doesn't tank from a point of no return. The wishful thinkers are either oblivious as to the facts thus far or just so desperate that they lean on any post that accentuates the positive vibes. To some degree, I can't blame them. If I didn't, I'd have been gone a long time ago. For me, it's a daily struggle to keep hope alive and I believe I'm there to finally do something about it. So far, the negative posts have the facts (pps) to back up their negativity. As far as the other side, all the good news has been a big fat nothing. Good luck to all.
