"I really don't understand why those 0.0001s sellers are such stupid? EFLN has a $0.0064 a share Solid Positive Book Value (not accounting for the so-called $500M worthy "Gold Reserves" value)! In the worst situation (say the stock is deleted completely) as the shareholders we still have the right to demand the company to liquidate all their business to pay out all the common shares which would give us at least $0.0032 per share Liquidation Value and that is 32 Times of current Bottom price! Why anyone here bother to sell their EFLN shares at the Lowest-Possible price 0.0001 while they could get $0.0032 per share Huge Buy-Out offering price?"

IMO the scamming Serbian Stefanovics are very likely broke now that their worthless stock printing press has been shut down. Their "assets" are utter garbage. Heck, Slavo tried burning down their Tradin' Post for the insurance money. The place isn't even allowed to sell gas as photos show the pumps covered with painted plywood boxes and the gas sign removed.

The SEC and OTC also branded Slavoljub and his Euro American Finance company as being "Prohibited Service Providers." To point out the bleedin' obvious. that means he's prohibited from acting as EFLN's accountant and investor relations provider. That means he is not allowed to assess the value of anything EFLN has on its' books which means your "solid positive book value" cannot be trusted until evaluated by someone who is both independent and qualified.

Finally, repeatedly trying to convince others to hold onto their shares makes zero sense. The A/S has been virtually maxed out. EVERY share of this fraud is stuck at .0001 for good reason. The total market cap (O/S x .0001) is theoretically $246k. Only problem is there's no public marketplace for them to trade.

I suggest you contact the Stefanovics and offer to buy every share the or anyone else is willing to sell. I'm sure they could use the money.
