I sent an email noting my name and share count and hesitancy towards reverse. Received a personal call from Matthews - first time ive talked to him - he stated the quiet period was over (otherwise he wouldn't be calling) and that the 14 had received no comments and they were waiting on finalized dates before issuing. Said they have been especially quiet and careful given sensitivity by markets and regulators to blockchain stocks. I asked about asking for increase of 20-30% to share count to finish deals rather than 7.5 split and bemoaned the lack of info beyond the formal SEC filings. He said once the 14 is out that what has felt like a drought on the info and publicity side will feel like a flood. He said new site will be up next week. I remain hopeful that communication is coming shortly and that will show the progress being made and a roadmap to a real world application of blockchain in the voting sphere. I remain long, albeit impatient, on GAHC and the scalable potential of what they are doing.
