Problem here is management and low margins....investors want to see expanding margins for a growth business...they have NOT been able to do that so far. In addition, management NEEDS to get their filings done ON TIME which they have not done recently, and do a better job on the calls with investors/analysts. Lastly, the debt issue needs to be FULLY resolved as cash flow is just barely enough to pay it down.

Stock is clearly undervalued in my opinion....but these issues must be addressed.
