I made a call to OTC Markets & was lucky enough to speak w/ one in compliance. They relayed to me that the CEO updates OTC by using what is called OTC Update ID electronic Form or something similar as I did not write it down. they will post/publish what is reported but then do check w/ the listed T/A to make sure. that was when it changed & now is corrected & factual.
