From crunching all the numbers from both PR's and tracking OTC Markets 3 float changes throughout this week so far...it appears that somehow the 64M float reduction somehow got double counted k Rocket.

And it probably occurred because OTC Markets jumped the gun and already had DNAD's float listed at 253M mon/tues/wed of this week...when it was actually 313M as was listed yesterday b4 dropping overnight to 273M k cheers!
