when NR and trading crews have success in killing off a target like PTOI .. volume increases it doesn't decrease as PTOI has since *washed* round of 36M~ from 2013/2014 .. since then PTOI's cliff diving volume has significantly decreased YOY ..
last year's *volume* was 13M~ (2017)

NRs' issue isn't *new eyes* .. that doesn't matter till P2O actually executes .. what NRs' issue remains .. and is so angst provoking .. is the *fact* that many (not all) of P2O investors .. remain PTOI investors .. even after all those years of unrelenting PPS compression ..
