So we profess to be a born-again believer and when we are at church and in our daily walk with our believer friends...we are right on in not only talking the talk but also walking the walk. And as we all know...there are 168 hours in every week and depending on our activities and work environment there is some amount of time that we spend with unbelievers...and when we think on that and reflect...are we still talking the talk and walking the walk? So lets dig a little deeper...lets go behind closed doors. If you knew that this evening Jesus would be making a stop at your house to visit for a week...what would your day consist of? Would there be any cleaning you would need to do? Is there any websites saved on your computers favorites list that you would need to delete? Would you also make sure your computers cookies and history was cleared? Any magazines or videos you would need to trash? Could you still watch your most liked TV shows? Anything in a drawer..cabinet or refrigerator to go in the dumpster? Would you have to hunt your Bible to put on the coffee table or maybe dust it off? Would there be certain worldly friends or family that know you best that often stop by that you would call and ask not to come by for a week for fear of them letting a secret or two slip? Would you spend the day telling yourself to watch your language and attitude? Are there things that go on behind your closed door that you wouldnt want Jesus to know? Well...in case it hasnt occurred to you or maybe you forgot...ill enlighten you. Jesus already knows. He knows our every action...word and thought every breath of everyday. We can pull the wool over other peoples eyes and let them see only our good side...but..there is no fooling God! We either live for Jesus and His word...His way...or we are living for satan...because...there is no such thing as a part time christian!...Think about it!
