(ARLZ) (ARZ.TO) ("Aralez" or the "Company") announced today that it intends to enter into purchase agreements with two separate stalking-horse purchasers to sell its main operating businesses: an agreement to sell its VIMOVO® royalties and Canadian operations to Nuvo Pharmaceuticals Inc.
