The LED Ceiling Panel Germicidal Sterilizing Light, which will come as both an original fixture and as a retrofit for existing lighting, has successfully performed during its burn-in testing phase, and now we’re gathering the quantitative results of its sterilizing quality in detail. In the near future, we’ll be submitting it for qualification by UL and DLC which will allow it to be certified for all rebate programs. We’re gearing up the marketing program, including our reps visiting facilities with representative fixtures. I’m attaching our most recent news release on the light.



Know that we’re working diligently to grow the company and perform well for our stockholders. The management of the company has never sold any shares, and are doing what can be done to limit the sales by early investors that keeps the share price lower than desirable. Thanks for your interest.
