Spin-off maybe. That's what they CAN do "for shareholders". Endless corporate structure smokescreen to deviate shareholders from the fact that they have no business, no customers, no bank relations, no assets, no competence, no money, only toxic loans.

Cash dividend was just fake announcement to keep stock printing and selling alive. Absolute no to that.
And cash they don't have for sure. Only what they get from printing and selling stocks.
Asset-sale? They don't have assets, they would have sold already if they had.
