I keep digging up all kinds of fishy dilution schemes similar to VCPS, and all of them somehow are tied to this Enterra Group. VNCO, ETER, and even AUMY all had the same dilution type scenario as VCPS. They tend to split the stock, reset the O/S, then start the dilution machine all over again.
