Having experience with collective bargaining on the corporate side, I definitely know that the union will continue to deplete their resources and tell the minors to not agree with the company. Otherwise, they lose face and the membership dues from members that truly were willing to work under the revised contract. Obviously, the company has already given in to some of the demands, but is standing strong on their business model.
