Rich Neal has an impressive background!

He is a visiting presenter on Capitol Hill and for an array of Federal Law Enforcement Organizations on Human Trafficking.

Rich is helping us to bring the message of Serpentine to Capitol Hill and in front of politicians!

Rich is Vice President of Intelligence at Stealth Mark, a high technology company in Oak Ridge, Tennessee that works closely with the National Labs, produces the ActiveDuty System used to identify and track illicit markets worldwide. In this role he leads new technologies for incorporation into the next generation of intelligence platforms, and studies the evolution of emerging markets as well as advancements in collective dynamics, network analyses and socio-psychological research.

Richard has a diverse background which covers data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning, collective and behavioral dynamics, mathematical epidemiology, product engineering, product design & development, financial markets/high frequency trading, market and business intelligence, global entrepreneurship, IP litigation, data security, education, and organizational performance.

He is the author of numerous publications, been interviewed for multiple periodicals, the recipient of multiple entrepreneurship awards, and speaks regularly on the subject of the future of big data, online socialization as well as being a child and animal welfare advocate.
