I guess all of you know (I've just accidentally discovered) that Merle Ferguson is 71! He is also the Chairman, CEO Treasurer, & President of another publicly traded company: BioForce Nanosciences Holdings Inc (BFNH) (since 2013). BFNH has the same address as ELGL, and, unlike ELGL, he is pretty active there. BFNH just became fully reporting this month

Interesting that BFNH is the only company mentioned in Mr. Ferguson Bloomberg profile, no signs of ELGL at all:
