IMO there is time to load and it is at a compelling price point. If the new CEO keeps game plan on track, they will eventually be bought by a bigger fish or uplist to a big board.

note that since it is listed otcqb, it is still prone to crafty MM price attacks when retail activity is light. one good thing in its favor is a very low float and OS, and a few large share holders who are rock solid long.
