The US Justice Department has released this video of Republican Congressman Chris Collins telling his son at 7:16 pm to sell their shares in Innate Immunotherapeutics because trials of MIS416 had failed.
Republican Congressman Chris Collins faces 13 counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, false statements, along with his son, Cameron Collins; and Stephen Zarsky, the father of Cameron Collins' fiancée the Justice Department announced Wednesday, in addition to charges by the SEC.
Rep. Collins says he'll remain on the ballot to further his strong relationship with the president, insisting "I can still support Trump in prison." The congressman, according to the indictment, responded from his location at the White House at 7:10 pm: 'Wow. Makes no sense. How are these results even possible???'
