Correct. You’re referring to previous management, from years ago, those guys are now in prison. Shel and ticker has since been cleaned up and resold to new owner with clean record.

Says he plans on getting HALB current with filings, and changing the entity to a REIT (real estate investment trust) dealing with properties in the greater Detroit area. Detroit is booming now that Trump has urged auto manufacturers to move back to the town...think it presents a good opportunity atm. Again not saying to pour your 401k into it, but worth a putting a little something into it if you have the money to spare IMHO.
