A small but significant correction. In my previous post I stated the following:

In Breathtec's original website language it stated Breathtec was pursuing not only medical but also controlled substances. Kal said it was a mere mistake regarding the controlled substances language and shareholders at Cannabix had nothing to worry about.

The correction is in bold print as follows:

In Breathtec's original Prospectus it stated Breathtec was pursuing not only medical but also controlled substances. Kal said it was a mere mistake regarding the controlled substances language and shareholders at Cannabix had nothing to worry about.

The said Prospectus was stumbled across through random searches for potential competitors to Cannabix at the time. There was no official website established for Breathtec. Sheer luck brought the document to the fore to question management's intentions. Being that it was a Prospectus means Breathtec was being pitched to would be investors with a significant "error" in the sales material. Significant enough to know, there were actually Cannabix shareholders who stated as long as Breathtec made the correction they did not care, because they were only interested in pursuing the marijuana angle in the first place. So investors make choices based on real-time material, even when they can't see the bigger picture. Can anyone see the bigger picture if the information you are basing an important decision on is not accurate information in the first place? Which segues to another real-time point about Nash Pharmacueticals. The materials on thier website is wholesale different (or buried in thier search engine) from what it was just a couple/few months ago. Why is that? The mission statement changed to fit a brand new narrative? How soon will things change if a deal with Nash Pharmacueticals is rammed down shareholders throats? The past can be a good indicator of how forthcoming management will be with shareholders. Does anybody believe common shareholders best interest is genuinely being considered in any big deals?
