I wasn’t referring to an 8K for the “employees” but for whatever led to those employees being hired. He doesn’t have the cash to just employ that many...so there would have to be some deal or material event that led to going from 1 employee to 26...

...but there has been no such announcement or 8K.

So again...either he didn’t actually say that...or if he did...he lied.
