Certainly looks like TAT is working with a specific potential partner. Glad to see they are focused on selling the whole co as opposed to selective asset sales.

What price do you think TAT might fetch (in US$ per share) and why?

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
