Yes the merger is in progress.

The reverse triangular merger with Leaf of Faith was completed in Oklahoma on 8 June:

What's needed now is for the company to post some disclosures at OTC Markets. It must also have the merger processed by FINRA, and do a name and ticker change that must also be processed by FINRA.

FINRA may not be happy about the use of the old VLNX shell, with all its baggage.
