It wasn't possible to vote against the 1st proposal, just for or withheld, just like last year when SK's contract was voted by a minority! I just got my proxy edge from the broker and checked it. My 36.4k votes are aginst all other BOD proposals, and for SHs ones.
I couldn' imagine what is the big secret, and when we could know it. As I know nobody of ST watchers went to the meeeting, so we have to wait Cytr SEC filing about meeting and voting results. Last July the PRd 2 days after the meeting, AH time!
Maybe Friday or Monday AH, we could know, or seeing tomorrows SP could feel what happened.
Many guys trading with Cytr, but nobody checked BOD rights to make admittance rules. Every attandees're pre-registered and legal owners of a public company! Plus nobody went there to ask BOD after that Jeff Kiley was arrested by security guys last year.
Difficult waiting in vain!
