Both of those points make sense to me, with (i) making a little more sense. As far as (ii) is concerned, I can't see him doing something devious like that - especially with an impressive track record of working with Fortune 500 companies. But then again, maybe he (or a client of his) has an unknown grudge against MS or ECOS lol. Idk. Lots of unanswered questions to think about still... thanks for your reply.
