I have spoken and emailed with Suhayl Zulifiquar. (Great guy). John is correct, they have made great strides and are very close to, as he said, "going live". Big plans for the rest of this year. Cutting edge technology.

As far as this shell, EGYF, who knows. The plan is still out there to go public, but who knows when.
