Buyers pay 15c for call options on a 38c stock. Ampio Pharmaceuticals (AMPE) off 23c to 38c, under fire after hosting a conference call to discuss drug study results, and Jan .5s trade across the exchanges for 15c when bid-ask was 10 to 15c. 3.8K changed hands and will create one of the largest open interest in the name, next to the 3.6K open at the Aug 3.5 call strike.
