FAIR POST-as nothing goes straight up BUT with $STSC-
HERE IS WHAT WE CAN SAY WITH CERTAINTY- clearly the FIRSTCANNA PHARMA trio of websites are attached to this registered agent HCH Service Corp LLC. Clearly the FirstCanna website is being worked on. THAT SITE is directly connected to OmniElite - which announced it bought the control block via filings last November. Who they bought it for (owners of FIRSTCANNA PHARMA)- remains to be discovered and will soon enough.
FACT- WE KNOW THAT High Country Healing CAN’T go public since they are a seed to sale dispensary network. That is factual. No one has ever claimed they will be going public. So anyone asking Nick for example—if he plans to go public, is working with Steve or STSC- is seriously wasting their time. From my DD- there is simply no way he could go public and it’s not even worth trying.
Here are some related opinions based on my DD and the DD of others -
1- MY DD SUGGESTS- that FirstCanna is a conglomerate involving directors who plan to run a national MMJ conglomerate offering SERVICES - such as medical licenses, doctors, caregivers and the medicine itself.
2- MY DD suggests that many of these companies that we found have correlation and so long as folks realize that high country healing can’t go public- so that’s not what’s going on. My best guess is that they have some relationship on the SERVICE end - and that was firmly based on seeing their logo on the OmniElite website the past year or so and then it has been removed a few months back.
3- MY DD suggests that we focus our attention solely on FIRSTCANNA PHARMACEUTICALS- and that would mean we focus on Brickner and HCH service Corp llc FOR NOW.
4- The company has produced a ton of filings that weren’t cheap and cleslrynthry are going t ocokento market soon with what IS GOING ON HERE
5- Yes- all of my DD is pure speculation until we get concrete confirmation via filings or websites with details. That’s the risk everyone takes when trying to find true gems in the OTC. This one fell on very low volume and since they haven’t put out news yet or the 2018 filings- we are left to speculate (which is the whole point of investing ) with the best info we can find. I imagine we wil have so much info to dd once the website comes back live.
6- MY DD suggests that patience is key. Ton of manipulation and games have been played the last few days. That appears purposeful and it’s upsetting but par for the course. My hope is that investors will validate the due dilignece that a MJ merger is taking place here with a company named FIRSTCANNA- and that we don’t know who those owners and directors are yet. Therefore - we don’t know who to call or email to get CORRDCT OF VALID INFO- nor would they likely be in a position to even Provide info to us.
7- This appears far too big and time will tell exactly what’s in store here and I like my chances a lot!
They have been working on a deal for a very long time and I imagine one has consummated and it’s not High Country Healing going public. It can’t be- so that’s why you won’t see me say that or claim that. However - whatever is coming in- with the clear proof of HCH being on the OmniElite website in the past- and with all of these HCH service Corp and High Country Healing USA- in Delaware - it certainly appears like they STILL intend to wor together in some capacity. One has to be awaitnfiljng lsnand news to see in what capacity if any.
8- Again- none of this affects $STSC and what appears to be coming in here. If we know what can’t come in here - we can start to focus on what can come in. Who owns and operates FIRSTCANNA PHARMA AND FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE and what exactly are they going to be doing ? I suspect it’s neither BRICKNER NOR BROWN. I have stated this over and over and will continue too. That doesn’t mean I don’t think HCH will be involved. They just can’t go public via $STSC and that should be obvious. I do hope- that High Country Healing will be involved in whatever legal capacity they are allowed. But until we get the website up with info and the last filings - we have very little else but all these correlated HCH service Corp llc and HIGH COUNTRY HEALING (HCH) Filings in the different states.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST-
IF THIS HAS ANY MJ MERGER NEWS AND CONFIRMATION - this will skyrocket on that validation. Those involved will clearly be able to be rescued and eioidpncommunciate what they could abounthe validity and the future of $STSC and FIRSTCANNA PHARMACEUTICALS.
