There is a lot going on at Amtrak and most of it is not good. These guys were running a very successful wine railroad excursion when Amtrak shut it down along with the charters. Their insurance sub still has revenue of $1 million and profits of $200K+ and I understand they just bought a profitable short line railroad. I understand there is a big reverse coming after they sell out the Reg A on file for $500k.

Anyway, don't count these guys out. Something is happening.
