What is more worrying is that with the "backlog" of over $500m from Amazon they only completed 3 sites for them in Q2. I have never understood the seasonality of these solutions (apart from avoiding December as they are very busy).

When I met Andy I asked about "why not install in Florida and Texas in the winter?" and it seemed he had never thought of this!

The jobs are indicating a fast rate of installation but may be these are existing sites not new ones?

They did one new customer 150 units and some upgrades for Europe, 3 Amazon, 2 or 3 Walmart I guess. Was Michelin or Target the new customer?

I know the whole sales process with clients takes time - this investment demands board level sign off, and the permitting process can be laborious although should be getting quicker but agree. The Sales team has always sucked IMHO no ability to close or bring business forward when capacity exists in the factory.

I am interested in the GenSure deal they seem to be negotiating - is that really Mega deal 3, what a silly idea that was to mention it 6 months ago as every month it isn't closed is a drag on the SP.

Was surprised the analysts didn't ask about the accident $2.3m is a lot to charge against it.
