JOINT VENTURES
The Company has signed a Letter of Intent with M.S. Klotzman Exploration
Co. to develop oil and gas leases in South Texas with the re – entry/ re-working
of a minimum of two wells. The parties have agreed to keep the specific details
of the agreement confidential for 60 days in order to allow time to complete leasing operations. This deal has expired. After much research ,M.S. Klotzman realized that our project was not able o fit into their immediate plans.
