Best I can tell the registered capital of a Chinese company, is how much money was injected into it at inception, or when the business licence was issued.

This website shows $100,000 USD registered capital, but that could be wrong.

They only show $150,000 for the company rolling into RLLT and I know it has to be bigger than that.

So it's possible CPSN is a larger company but do not know for sure.
