I agree at face value, PTN fundamentals are solid...tons of licensening, product on its way to approval, even AMAG partner hiring to support launch, so they are under the impression it will be approved, but MANAGEMENT, give me a break. Spana and his overpaid insiders in management/board. The entire lot is bought and paid for. Look at the SEC page and Form 4s abound giving away free shares on top of free shares. This is a prototypical fat cat company/board that is out of touch with its retail investors and why they can not maintain any value. They dilute at every single opportunity and destroy retail value in the process. Momentum? I dont know what chart you are looking at unless you are referring to downward momentum. And saying it is approved in EU is factually false and misleading.

As far as CLVLY..that is death trap OTC security with no volume...
