This explains why they would want to continue running a "blackops" operation. Why even change the former manager if they were profitable. Too many questions. The more questions I ask, the more I realize this is shady business. From what I gather, you raised some legitimate concerns and nothing was done about it. Company with high turnover, means the need to higher new people and train them. I'm curious, was this John b a tremendous asset to the company? From what I gather, am I wrong to assume that his department had alot of turnover? For a tiny company, how can Quadlogic afford such turnover?
