This is how the "death spiral" starts. Conversion price for notes is now at 0.00055. When we see the current face value amount of CD left in the next fin filing...over $1 million at least, that will be close to 2 BILLION shares.

On top of that, Bolton's Pref conversion potential now in the 2.4 BILLION share range.
