Kate and Ray are probably trying to figure out how to change transfer agents for both GEGI and QEDN. If they get a new transfer agent and don't tell them about the Florida Court Orders then perhaps they can issue some shares before Lattuca contacts the new transfer agent and informs them of the prohibition against issuing new shares.

There won't likely be any significant PR's until they can issue shares. Shares can't be issued at this time, which is why there is silence.
