With $RMRK- that filing allows them to report fins easier and quicker

That was actually a knee jerk reaction to a very decent filing that simply implies that the new management coming in may want to expedite the filings and not go to audited filings. They simply filed to move away from audited filings and will be alternative reporting compliant via OTC markets instead.

Watch this stock to rebound tmrw wit ease and now MORE filings and news should be quite close IMO
