The difference between authorized and outstanding shares. Authorized shares are the number of shares that a corporation is legally allowed to issue, while outstanding shares have already been issued. Thus, the number of outstanding shares is always equal to or less than the number of authorized shares.

They may just sit on them authorized shares doesn’t mean they are issued! Our concern is mainly the float and how many shares need to be gobbled up before the float is locked. According to

And the public float currently sits at
151,360,000

That float is tiny in OTC land! If a whale wants a big chunk of this he can make this baby move and move fast! I like telling people my motto “don’t get caught with your pants down” you miss this train and you’ll kick your own a$$!
