Other than here, on this Board, no one has disputed a refinery is going to be built near Ft. Stockton.

More and more news and magazine articles talk about a refinery being built, and all stories mention MMEX.

Not one story has been published that a refinery is not going to be built.

Considering the massive and expensive effort this will take, along with transforming the area around Ft. Stockton to accommodate the workers, there has been no authentication that the refinery project and been delayed or cancelled.

Appears to me, considering the expanded requirements for this new refinery, we are on target.

The announcement will hit some like a ton of bricks, while we, loyal, long, shareholders will benefit greatly.

No one on this Board can honestly say a refinery is not going to be built, or that MMEX is not an integral part. It is all assumption...wrongly.

Sometimes sh*t happens!
