I'm cautiously optimistic at this point. I've held this stock for about four years and have been a Stuie doubter for most of that time. He has said he was going to file and get current many times in the past and never did. Two things make me cautiously optimistic now. First, his series of tweets make it almost too easy for the enforcement division of the SEC or the US Attorney to make a case if he is lying. That makes it more probable that he will file.

Second, while it is true there is not much buying pressure this week, the price is staying on the 90s. There is not much selling either. The point of a pump and dump is to dump, and it doesn't look like he is doing that. He may have been selling on the way up, but he wouldn't be making much money on that volume.

So, while I'm not buying any more, I still a substantial cache for me and I'm not selling. We will see if he files. If he does we will have to read the fins carefully to see what they actually say.
