The Board has decided not to put their efforts on a possible takeover. This puts to bed one of my main concerns: a crappy TO offer now. It is much better for the company to focus for now on quickly ramping up production. If a TO offer does come a later time, I am sure it will be at a much better price for Management and stock holders.

I suspect that the Board is busy trying to resolve the offtake situation with Optimum Nano. I suspect we will hear about this soon. In the meantime, it is good to know that Lionergergy will temporarily take the full production while the problem with Optimum is sorted out.
