ok my take on this,

Ceramic fiber could be already in the works, actually used in the bio suit / exoskeleton.

Q3 report. he would have to file in a timely fashion to keep the SEC happy for him to uplist. He wouldn't want to be late. Albeit, I'm sure he want's every i dotted and ever t crossed.

S-1 He will not talk about that, that would be insider trading. He could say he is working on uplisting as per his business plan.

Share buy back, well public record from the Share / stock houses. Someone has to put his orders in and record it so I''m sure he can mention that. Again also part of his business plan.

As for news today that didn't come. Could just be Hygeia news which he can discuss due to the business already running and information has been released.

That's just my 2 cents all. Gordo, Skichick, Tyaz probably could shine some light on my statements if I am wrong or right
