I feel with all this action going on in Albania they are squaring up everything over there before turning attention to their filings here in the states. Let's face it, if they wanted to, they could have this at $4 in a flash and on the NASDAQ. The stop sign/delayed filings is about zero concern to them. Not an excuse by any means, but hey what else do we have other than speculation to keep us sane.
