Delay tactic? That is exactly what was accomplished, a delay. Not a full throat stoppage, because if there were grounds for such an action it would have been stipulated already in a motion to object back in January, and there were none. ASFX was on the straight and narrow for the full five yrs to keep the BK in CH 7, and not give any fodder whatsoever for munitions to flip the case over to a CH 11.
That didn't happen even though there was scuttlebutt to the contrary that it was in the works. This case should have been closed years ago but was carried on and on.... For what?
The particulars of ASFX got out of their obligations in a controlled environment whereby they will come out of the CH 7 BK smelling like a rose with no financial baggage and no finical commitments on a carry forward.
Short answer, Reznick Law is pissed and they want some payback with absolutely no vehicle to take them there. The game is over, the jig is up and this is just a last ditch effort at a slap in the face that really in unwarranted and undeserved, but allowed to proceed to finalize the closing of the case file.
As discussed previously,>> Here >> #msg-141899146 >> And here >> #msg-141915498 they really don't need the money because they are swimming in it, so it must be something else.
Maybe the Reznick law firm wants to still do business as it has going back years as previously stated by totffe here: #msg-141873102

So these guys are big time players, why would they even give a snot about a teeny weeny tad pole in such a HUGE pond, if they didn't want it for something?
It's simple, they want to eat it up and the ASFX particulars said, let me give it a think and said no, have a nice day!:))
They probably were taken aback and said well if we can't purchase the ticker symbol (which is the only thing left of it's former self) then let's just screw with them as much as we can, for as long as we can.
This is the only logical answer that I can come up with.
If anyone else has a heads up on something entirely different, I'm sure we'd all like to hear about it.

On a side note, this goes straight to cause as to why I think that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Why fight to try and obtain something that is worthless?
Why fight to try and keep something that has no value?

This is exactly why I think that immediately following the closing of the case file by the Judge, that we will see a flurry of activity in back filings bringing the security current.

Just my two cents, which is exactly where I think this is headed.
