According to Heddle in the filings that don't cut it to get the plant running again.


So either Heddle is lying it will only take $250k.....or Heddle was lying repeatedly in filing after filing.

Management estimates that the repair of the processors will require the expenditure of between $175,000 and $200,000. An additional $300,000 of startup working capital will be required to resume operations mainly for hiring operational personnel and incremental overhead expenses
