Hello DirteeHarree, Even I might have to agree with you that MTVX as of now is all just a pipe dream and nothing more to see here, BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saying that if ?? IFFFF ??? that was the case??, NOT!! IMO , why would this Inter-Mountain Capital venture firm even waste 1 minute of there time and money to have the SEC go ahead and transfer and or as of just last week or on or about July 27, 2018 have them Convert a past due Promissory note to almost 1-BILLION MTVX shares if ?? even inter-Mountain Capital thought MTVX was totally worthless, and nothing left to see here and so just a pipe dream.

Will MTVX come back from the dead soon ??, only god knows and he ain't telling any of us. Oh well back to lurking have a great day no matter what happens with MTVX.

On the date of the event which requires filing of this Schedule 13G, Inter-Mountain Capital Corp. had rights to convert the outstanding balance of a certain Secured Convertible Promissory Note into shares of the Issuer’s common stock. The exercise of such rights is subject to a 9.99% ownership Cap. Thus the number of shares owned by Inter-Mountain Capital Corp. is 821,953,739 shares, based on 8,227,765,160 outstanding shares of Common Stock (as reported by the Issuer on its quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed on November 20, 2014).
