I think they’re still trying to keep a low profile for some reason – they are disclosing all material events, filing on time, using a top-tier auditing firm, and have revenue in the millions. The only reason I can logically think of is non-disclosure. Maybe there is something happening in the back office that we are unaware of or perhaps they are buying shares on the open market, they don’t have to disclose that in their current status.
