Whomever it is, they're doing so relentlessly and obviously with the expectation of selling at "some" higher price. Most P&D's look for
at least 300 / 400% so when they do light the fuse, I'm expecting something in the $.0008 / $.0009 area. They might go for dub-1 to bring in the
momo players who use that as their tripwire. ( and get their heads handed to them, usually )
