You got to be street smart and look what kind of guy is running Siaf. Can't compare that with serious nordic business people. Legislation and rules so different in China, scamming is far easier and so common. Especially in agriculture field. And the dilution is a huge red flag. And so many others. You can't really explain the dilution unless you see it as I see it. I think you got a sour apple here. Keep your bets low enough and sell while ahead. Long term with dilution and their history is obvious.
