actually we don't know that bizrite revenues have grown at all since marketing agreement. Revenues were quoted at $30m+ in 2017 and still $30M+ now. and IT's just a marketing agreement with bizrite. Not even a mergerr..nothing. Bizrite just moved some stuff into a new warehouse..that's all. and sgmd moved into fancy new offices so they could lose more money apparently. Huge amounts of both equity and millions of dollars are still owed to bizrite for this 'marketing agreement'. smoke and mirrors.
